Please read these terms and conditions of sale carefully – the terms contained will become binding when you place an order. 

ORDERS AND PAYMENT 

1. All prices are inclusive of VAT to our retail customers.

2. When emailing or telephoning, an order confirmation of the whole order will be sent to the email or postal address supplied to Sdog Ltd by yourselves.

3. No order will be deemed to have been accepted by Sdog Ltd until it is confirmed by email or in writing by us and payment has been taken from your payment card, funds transferred or your cheque has cleared. Sdog Ltd reserves the right to reject any order.

4. The payment schedule required by Sdog Ltd is as follows:

5. All carriage costs are on a prepaid basis.

6. Payment can be made by bank transfer, cheque (clearance is required before confirmation of any order) or credit/debit card.

7. Prices include standard packing materials.

ALL GOODS REMAIN THE PROPERTY OF SDOG LTD OR ITS FACTORS UNTIL INVOICES ARE PAID IN FULL. 

IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR THE BUYER 

            Please ensure that you have measured accurately the access from the street to the space in which your items of furniture are going to be placed. Take careful consideration of staircases, door frames and tight corners. The buyer takes full responsibility for items not fitting into a residence and the delivery fee will be charged twice for items having to be returned to the warehouse due to lack of access or incorrect measurements. Delivery teams are not able to take out windows or doors to deliver items.

PRODUCT SPECIFICATIONS AND PRICING 

1. Due to continuous product development and product changeover; Sdog Ltd reserves the right to amend the specification of any goods or products without prior notice in relation to future sales

2. Sdog Ltd endeavours to hold all pricing as stated, but due to material costs, currency fluctuations and shipping costs Sdog Ltd reserves the right to amend pricing at the time of order.

3. Should an error be discovered regarding the price of goods you have ordered, Sdog Ltd will inform you as soon as is possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If Sdog Ltd cannot contact you to reconfirm the order; we will cancel the order and give you a full refund. Where the miss-priced item is part of a larger order, we will only cancel the products that have been miss-priced. Sdog Ltd will not be bound to honour any prices until an order is confirmed.

4. All Sdog Ltd products are handmade and will therefore have minor variations in the wood, finish and general characteristics. Sdog Ltd considers these characteristics to be normal for our products. Claims that the furniture is defective on these points will not be accepted.

5. Leather products are made from quality natural leather and therefore each piece may differ slightly in colour or texture. The leather will show the natural marks of the hide.

6. All dimensions supplied by Sdog Ltd are approximate, very small sizing differences can occur because each piece is handmade.

7. Sdog Ltd, to the best of our ability, displays in our printed material and on our website an accurate portrayal of each product listed. We are not responsible for slight colour fluctuations in printing nor can we guarantee that colours will be accurately depicted by all browsers and computer equipment. Photographs are for illustrative purposes only and may not be an exact match to the product.

PRODUCT (SUPPLY) LEAD TIMES, PACKING AND DELIVERY 

1. Sdog Ltd will try to carry all items in stock; however this is not always possible, especially on larger orders. Delivery will depend on how large the order is and what pieces are being ordered. Eight to ten weeks can be required and the Sdog Ltd sales team can advise you on lead times at the time of ordering.

2. All prices include standard packing materials to be applied to your order. We have always found this to be adequate. Should you require additional packaging please discuss the added expense with our sales team.

3. Sdog Ltd will not be held responsible for any disruption to the packing caused by border or customs officials.

4. Prices quoted are for customer collection from our distribution point. Sdog Ltd works with several reliable, trusted and reputable 3^rd party carriers and we can quote for delivery based on you specific needs.

5. All delivery schedules will be made by Sdog Ltd unless otherwise agreed by both parties. Sdog Ltd will not accept responsibility nor will its 3^rd party carriers for any damage to goods signed for in an unexamined condition. However, we do accept that occasionally damage does occur and in that event require photographic evidence within 7 days of receipt of goods for insurance purposes in order that a refund can be made.

   All Items must be signed for on delivery and to cancel a delivery you must give at least 48 hours notice. 

CANCELLATION, REFUNDS AND GUARANTEES 

1. All orders are considered binding at the time of confirmation. Sdog Ltd is unable to cancel an order after that time. If the buyer is unable to follow the payment schedule in point 2 then the 50% deposit will be forfeited as a cancellation charge. The order will be considered cancelled and Sdog Ltd will remain the owner of the goods.

2. Within 7 days of receiving the order any damages should be reported to the Sdog Ltd sales team, photographed and at our discretion either replaced, repaired or refunded.

3. Any transactions carried out by Sdog Ltd are not guaranteed unless otherwise stated.

DATA PROTECTION 

Sdog Ltd may record your name and address on our computers in order to keep you informed of your order status and future products. In order to comply with the Data Protection Act 1984 we are required to inform you of this. Sdog Ltd will not pass these details onto third parties without obtaining your express consent. 

JURISDICTION 

These terms and conditions shall be subject to English law and the parties hereby submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of English courts.
